改善动物福利、提高健康环境水平与保持生态平衡，已经成为全球现代畜禽养殖业可持续发展的关键。为深入交流国际最新产业技术需求、研究进展与成果，鼓励和加强多学科联合，兹定于2013年10月19-22日在重庆召开“畜禽健康环境与福利化养殖国际研讨会（International Symposiumon Animal Environmentand Welfare，ISAEW2013）”。本次国际研讨会由新近成立的“动物环境与福利国际研究中心”（International Research Center for Animal Environmentand Welfare，IRCAEW)发起，重庆市科委、中国农业工程学会主办，中国农业大学农业部设施农业工程重点实验室、重庆市畜牧科学院承办。动物环境与福利国际研究中心由中国农业大学、重庆市畜牧科学院、南京农业大学、黑龙江八一农垦大学等国内院所与美国伊利诺依大学、衣阿华州立大学、普度大学、密苏里大学、田纳西大学以及加拿大马尼托巴大学、荷兰瓦赫宁根大学、丹麦奥胡斯大学、澳大利亚南昆士兰大学等9所国外著名高校联合发起成立。本次会议将邀请国际动物环境与福利研究领域著名专家作专题报告。大会重点研讨该领域专业技术知识、最前沿研究进展与趋势，并为与会者创造信息沟通与交流、合作的平台。现将相关事宜通知如下：

本次会议征集与上述主题相关的会议论文和墙报。在提交论文、墙报的同时，请准备详细摘要（不超过500英文单词），并注明题目、作者姓名、邮寄地址以及Email地址等信息。墙报的尺寸应不超过120cm×86cm（高×宽）。论坛组委会将邀请专家对论文、墙报进行审稿，被接收的论文、墙报将与论坛主题报告一同出版，优秀论文推荐“农业工程学报”出版（EI全文检索）。

六、会议注册
1.方式：会前注册，拟参会人员务必于2013年8月1日前将参会回执返回组委会，注册表详见附件。
2.费用：注册费为人民币1200元、学生注册费600元；本次会议统一安排食宿，住宿费用自理。
